To Do List:

• Read and understand documentation on Speech Module.
• Update low_ISR() and include get_AD_value.-- DONE
• Design and write interface to speech module (timers/output pins/syntax) - several functions are probably necessary.
• Build or buy an amplifier + speaker for the TTS circuit.
